Purpose:
The objective of the 100 Club lottery is to support the Junior Section of Henbury Golf Club through small, regular donations from club members. These contributions help fund various activities, equipment, and development programs for our junior golfers as well as provide the opportunity for 100 Club members to win small prizes in monthly draws.
Membership/How to Join:
Membership of the 100 Club is open to all current HGC club members over the age of 18.
Members commit to making an ongoing donation of £4.00 per month via Standing Order into the 100 Club bank account at the start of each month.

Prize Draws
Draws are normally made by the Men’s or Women’s Captain with a witness. If both are unavailable, a member of the management team or board of directors will be asked to make the draw. The draw uses a random number generator to select four unique numbers based on the number of members. The first number out wins the first prize and so on.
Monthly Draw:
A draw is held each month (except December) where at least 50% of the monthly income is distributed as prizes.
This prize money will be added as credit on the winner’s Club Account.
Grand Prize Draw:
In December, a Grand Prize Draw is conducted. The Grand Prize Draw fund is at least 100% of the previous month’s contributions into the 100 Club account.
The 100 Club committee will decide on the actual amount and the allocations. This will be published in advance of the Grand Prize draw.
Junior Section Funding
Contributions not allocated as prizes will be used for Junior Section funding.

Each year in January the Junior Section will meet with the 100 Club committee to discuss funding for the upcoming year based on existing and projected income.
Approval must be obtained from the 100 Club committee prior to any spending of the 100 Club funds.
Transparency:
Winners and prize amounts will be published on the 100 Club page of the Henbury Golf Club website.
The Henbury Golf Club Finance Department will keep detailed records of all contributions, prizes and spending regarding the Junior Section. A report on the use of funds will be provided annually to all 100 Club members. Members can ask to see the accounts at any point in the year.
