Memberships we have available include Full 7-Day, 5-Day, Junior, Gateway and Social.

We use the information that you submit to allow us to fulfil our obligations to you as a member in accordance with our Club's rules and regulations. We share this information with our data processors, who adhere to the Club's privacy policy.

We would like to communicate with you by using the contact details that you have provided. We can then notify you of upcoming club events, golf competitions and activities,

We would also like to share your information with our Head Professional so that they can send you information and offers in the Pro shop through email or their weekly newsletter.

To assist with internal communications, we have published a membership diretory on our website and on our Intelligent Golf App, where you can communicate with members of the Club. Your name, email address and contact details will be included in the directory and stored in compliance with the Club's GDPR policy.

We ask you about your previous golfing experience and information about previous clubs and whether you have a current WHS handicap. This will go into our database to then help you play competitively at Henbury Golf Club. If you do not have a handicap, we have advice and help from the office and the golf team to get you on your journey to acquiring your first handicap, This will then allow you to play in club competitions and outside events.
